This combination of DNA and trilemma framing is one of the more honest ways I’ve seen the agritech landscape described. In practice, most founders underestimate how quickly scale pressures dilute impact, or how capital constraints limit true tech bets.

The sharpest takeaway is that trade-offs aren’t temporary, they define the company. We’ve seen a similar pattern at Growth Motions when working with agritech and climate startups; clarity on this early saves years of drift.
